What if my product is damaged or defective
please inspect your package upon reception and contact us immediately with your order number if the item is damaged/defective, or you receive the wrong item.
Customers have 7 days after their order has been delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding any of the prior listed issues.
If we are not contacted within 7 days of you receiving the order we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
What is your return policy
All Sales are Final.
We do not accept returns and exchanges at the moment. Exchanges are only liable if you received an incorrect item. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, please double-check your information before submitting.
Do you offer International shipping
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping on any physical products.
What are your processing times
Processing times for all physical products that we have in stock take about 3-5 business days.
Processing times for pre-orders take up to 3-5 weeks due to them being a "Pre-order" and considered not on hand.
What if my package is lost or stolen
You are liable to file a claim with that specific carrier who delivered your package. (We currently use USPS)
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping address entered at checkout; please double-check all your info before submitting.
When will I receive my tracking number
You will receive your tracking number when your order is fulfilled.
You will receive a email or SMS notification showing your tracking number.
